Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Providing false information — including date of birth, name or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–4 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• bet777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on bet777, including PSL cricket, football, kabaddi and any other sporting event offered on the platform.

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches.
• In-play bets on bet777 are placed at the odds displayed at the time of submission. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• If a match or event is abandoned before an official result can be declared, all pre-match single bets are voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets containing a voided selection are recalculated without that selection.
• For rain-affected cricket matches settled under DLS method, bets are settled on the DLS result if the minimum number of overs required for an official result has been bowled.
• bet777 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event if there was a technical issue with the live odds feed, resulting in odds that do not reflect the true state of play.
• Maximum payout limits apply per selection and per accumulator. These limits are specified in each market. bet777 will not pay out amounts above the stated maximum regardless of the calculated return.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was known prior to bet placement (through insider information, match-fixing or any other means) will be voided and the account permanently closed.

All casino and instant games on bet777 — including slots, live casino tables, Aviator and Ludo Games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as established by its licensed provider, in addition to the general terms below.

bet777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct described in Section 8, incomplete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the player's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, no bets may be placed, no deposits may be made, and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

If your account is permanently closed for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Any bonus funds will be forfeited immediately. bet777 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within 30 days.

You may close your own bet777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC checks.
